That was one of the suggestions I made - that there's no reason why
multiple PMCs cannot share one site. Something to explore when the
time comes.

What we could do asap is to move the current stuff into
http://commons.apache.org/SOMETHING/ - if there's any chance of people
agreeing on SOMETHING. Otherwise, it won't be impossible to migrate
things.
