OK I've updated the nightly build stuff in subversion - probably
stupidly because I don't know how it works - anyway if I've messed it
up - or something else needs doing to make it "live" - help would be
appreciated :)

P.S. I've copied from people.a.o/builds/jakarta-commons to
people.a.o/builds/commons - so if / when the nightly build works OK
then need to remember to remove the old dirs.
