Would it not make more sense to just do the right thing & quite trying
to skirt around issues that you don't agree with?  Everyone else has to
follow the same laws, so why shouldn't you.

Besides, someone now google this or checking the mail archive now sees
someone in the open source community trying to get around laws.  Looks
great on the rest of us.

If you don't like the way the EULA agreement reads, then don't but the
product...plain & simple.  If you need to have that product, then abide
by the rules.

I am not railing directly at you, I am just sick & tired of people who
think they are "special," "above the rest of us" & "entitled to
different treatment."
