EULAs do not work that way.  It does not matter who bought the copy of
OSX, it can *only* be run on Apple hardware, including virtualized
copies.

You may want to check with a lawyer.  I doubt that the 13 buying the
copy does anything of benefit.  I suspect that legally, all you are
entitled to do is to return that copy for a refund.  It does not
magically get you out of all the contractual obligations that you are
trying to dodge.

I am not saying that you should not buy an Atom, but I have a real
hate on for that hardware.  The performance for that power envelope is
way too low, especially when compared to something Arm based.
