Ahh, she used your VISA, so you are the one in fact who has a contract
with Apple. If you are her guardian they have you there too. Really,
if you think you have outsmarted a corporation's legal department you
should check with a lawyer with expertise in the relevant field.
Besides which the only reason I can think of for me to D/L lion is so she can
video edit her school project. And NEXT! The only viruses
