I don't think contracts have the power to make people grant themselves
blots like that, although someone could via "acting on behalf"

I think it's interesting to have two kinds of offense (and defense) that
you need to deal with.

I think you should add that the effect you were targeted with should be
cancelled as well. Although, since it's a contract, we can just add a
anti-pedantry clause and say that the Dealer can adjust things on the fly
to keep things going as the wording intended.

I think that, instead of "zombification", we can just add that the
participants are ENCOURAGED to have the 'winner' granted a Patent Title and
SHOULD perform actions that would enable it. With enough people playing, I
don't think this should be too hard to convince people of. I can't talk
about others but, even without a Patent Title award, I'd still be motivated
to 'win', even if the win's award is just the contract saying that I did.

These are arguably already covered by regular Promises and Contracts. It
just seems redundant, but, not harmful to have.
