Everyone straightened you out just fine.... But yes, the 3Ghz medusa powers via the DC power, and gets sync over the ethernet port with a cambium sync rackinjector card OR a powerinjector+cambium sync if you're at a site without a rackinjector. And yes, it's fine to put power on the ethernet port on a 3Ghz 450m.
