Do we have a right not to be infected by others?
Do we have a right not to be coughed on or sneezed on or breathed on?
Do we have a right not to be pissed on or have someone smear their 
blood/feces/snot on us?

If we have these rights, then that means other people must do something to 
preserve our rights.
Distance, mask, not go around naked....

Do you have a right to not wear a mask around me?
Do I have a right to ask you to wear a mask around me?
How large is a personal bubble?  
Do you have the exclusive say as to how things go inside your bubble?
