I have checked all calls to methods Action::PopString and
Action::Push(std::string) which are the only methods used to exchange
strings in network during the game. Every uses are for sending or
receiving Identifiers (except chat messages) which are of course not
translated.

Reset all the translations? Check it before implementing to the very 0.8?
