Hi Cathy, I had this happen with my iPhone 14 just the other day. I let my mom
use it, and it was like she connected to something via AirPlay cause I had no
sound except whenever I took a phone call. I did manage to get someone to come
back I took out a pair of headphones, that I had connected to my
computer/phone, and I was able to get them to connect, and that fixed the
problem. So maybe if you have a Bluetooth headset laying around that you've
connected to this phone you might wanna take it out put it on and then you
should be able to turn it off and then your phone should start working again. I
hope this works.
