Hi Keith,

No, this isn't a vo issue. Vo talks, announcing one single item when, say, the 
home button is pressed, or the sleep button on the side is pressed to lock the 
screen etc. This is a dead screen issue. This phone is working right now as I 
type the reply on an external keyboard.
