But that is the new trend, isn't it? Nerd chic. It is the "Big Bang
Theory" trend that says the attractive women will gravitate to the
nerdy guys. I'm not saying it can't happen or doesn't happen, but it
is not the norm and it is getting hyped up to the point of absurdity.

If Eddie Deezen was hosting a podcast about nerds, I'd buy into that
premise. If Cliff Stohl could sit in one place long enough to host a
podcast, I'd pay money to hear it. But I just don't see Hardwick as
possessing nerd cred, if you will. And Wil Wheaton is a goober, not a
nerd. There is a difference. And I found Wheaton's infrequent podcasts
to be more entertaining than Hadwick's.
