Missed the earlier discussion.

I also always regarded cycleway=opposite, opposite_track, opposite_lane, 
opposite_share_busway etc. as the old deprecated method and oneway:bicycle=no + 
normal cycleway tag as the one that superceded it.

Same with cycleway:right=dual_lane/dual_track being superceded by or at least 
synonymous to cycleway:right=lane+cyleway:right:oneway=no.
