I have the same problem. Compiles but does not run "run time error" I default 
compile with MSYS but I get the same result with Qtcreator

 

I had a bit of a problem earlier with two dll's libmpc-2.dll /libmpc-3.dll and 
libmpfr-1/libmpfr-4.dll

only libmpc-2.dll and libmpfr-1.dll are supplied but all versions were called 
for. To progress I just added copies renamed and it did not seem to mind
