Steve, if you look in the Handbook commentary, it says that bin box can only 
be protected by CMDA sprinklers, not CMSA or ESFR. However, 23.1.1(3), 2019 
edition, states that ESFR can protect storage arrangements up to EH2 design 
criteria. It seems like if the bin box storage would require a max of EH2, that 
it might fall under that exception. Storage height would be a determining 
criteria. Just my thought not knowing all the facts (again).
