I doubt the non-spam folder is 100% spam-free.
There are few (<100) hits of few rule which shouldn't be hit by non-spam
at all. Maybe these mails should be manually verified...

I had a ~68000 mails non-spam folder, and by experiencing with these
tests i've found about 100 spam mails in it. And I think there are
still a few spam mails hidden in it, so unless reading each mail by
hand i won't be sure it's clean...

By using only the very unique and accurate tests we could make an 1% sized
folder and then check then one-by-one to be sure...
