I have a fresh hardy install with my Logitech Dinovo Edge. logged in with my
ps2 keyboard in order to pair my dinovo with a password, keyboard is working
fine.
After a while
I've added the following repository:

I too think it is not a Nvidia Problem, my guess is a Xinerama bug.
I don't like to say it, but I was so annoyed with this bug, I tried out
Fedora 11.

I have this same issue and THINK I FOUND THE TRIGGER..
I have two different Nvidia's (PCIe) and 3 monitors.
I setup xinerama to link the displays, which is working great! Until once in a
while my mouse isn't working as expected anymore.

I did an apt-cache search on pidgin, since U was looking for the plugin
that allows for changing the language for spell-checking. I did an
custom-build on hardy and hoped it was included in 8.10
found several results worth checking out so I did:
sudo apt-get install pidgin-festival pidgin-guifica
I think purple-plugin-extra-pack might be the package I have created
myself, to get the spelling language switcher.

The links now work for me with FF3 and totem in hardy, but not in FF2

Bluetooth now works, from gdm on (in latest hardy)

Glipper does not start anymore in hardy beta.
First of all glipper cannot be found in /usr/bin anymore. It only exists
in /usr/lib/glipper/glipper
But when I start this, it does not show up in the systray.

But why disabling Glipper? The solution posted by Wayne Davison works
perfectly well, I use it since it release and never had a problem ever
since...
I hope this solution gets included in a next package. Maybe it can one

I hope this went okay, I attached the debugger while nautilus already
hang...
Nautilus this time responded as without debug-version.
I first had nautilus started from the debugger, but nautilus restarted
immediately, so no stacktrace could be made then, I decided to reduce
