compiling myself upstream sources (they told me it's basically the same
thing).

I believe this is not a NM bug, it happens in Jaunty also. The problem
is pppoeconf putting eth0 stanzas into /etc/network/interfaces.
NetworkManager does not manage the interfaces configured through
/etc/network/interfaces by design.

Binary package hint: sjeng
Start eboard, play against sjeng, set 1 second per move, max depth to
1 and disable thinking in opponent's time (I like easy games...).
Usually (but not always) eboard segfaults and crashes after a few
moves, rarely goes beyond 30 moves. Since I can
update:

BTW, I've just downgraded to hotkey-setup 0.1-17 (hardy) and it gives
just the same errors, but dpkg does not exit with error and the package
results correctly installed.
