Hi,
Just a quick follow up to thank all for their replies to this question.
Thanks to Talknav I've now received the old IMEI and also the bad news that

if it's worth my bearing the cost or if I can get someone else

Just an enquery here. Is it true that Mobile speak is offering license based
on mobile number? If so, why not Talks implement such license on top of
the current licensing of SIM and IMEI?

Try along press of the Calendar key. By default this is the small key to
the right of the menu key.
That works on my E71 and I've not changed the key configuration so it may
work for you too.

Hi. Yes it is true that Mobile Speak licenses can be tied to your phone
number. There for if you miss place your sim for any reason you can
replace your simcard providing it has the same number and you should be
fully licensed. I'm hoping Nuance follow persuit of this method as it
would save us

The £100 is a combination of £50 for the transfer, and £50 for the upgrade as

Hi Saqib,
If they ignore and just continue with SIM and IMEI license only, then, they
just don't want to let go of earning your 50 pounds. Of course SIM license
is not so bad in terms of changing phones but if you talk about loosing your
sim card, then it come back to square one. Where else i
You would still have to pay if the upgrade was a paid one. I agree there
