Hi Saqib, If they ignore and just continue with SIM and IMEI license only, then, they just don't want to let go of earning your 50 pounds. Of course SIM license is not so bad in terms of changing phones but if you talk about loosing your sim card, then it come back to square one. Where else if mobile number license and you loose your sim card, getting a new sim card while mobile number remaining the same, then we don't have to pay extra for Talks.
