I attempted to -upgrade from a source install of 4.1.1 on a 32 bit Debian 5.0 machine but as suggested in the initial warning message that failed after an hour or so of compiling and of course trashed by 4.1.1. I was not really sure that it was supposed to work anyway so I just blew it away and co
