Maybe another solution would be to make it so one can download a worksheet as a complete valid HTML "package", which would by default include jsmath, include jmol if you use it, etc.? (But you could also just set a jsmath url.) Then it would become easy to take a worksheet and download it in a completely self contained manner and post it statically online without needing sage. This package would contain Sage's CSS's, and any needed javascript by default, so could be big (though one could optionally set a url). Would this be useful for you?
