Although I like the Velcro strap version I got from Riv slightly better, my LBS (Outfitter in Los Altos, CA) also carries a similar safety reflecto triangle with the two Velcro straps. I don't know if it's MUSA but it does appear to be something that they just ordered off their normal catalog. $
