I second the cargo bike and I think it would be a nice follow up to the tandem
and would require long chain stays. Really it could be a modification of the
Clem L with a built in rack for carrying two kids. Would love a disc Sam as
well.

At one point I debated trying a Crust Clydesdale cargo fork on the front of
my Clem H. Crust had released a 1" threadless version with long enough
steerer for 700c Clems and some of my other big 1" frames. My wallet said
otherwise and I think they've since sold out but fork length and HTA

I believe that Sturmey Archer rear hub axles were 13/32 back then and still
are today. S-A kindly prints the diameter on the ends of the closed end
nuts. My Guv'nor axle nuts say 13/32 on the rear and 9mm on the front, or
they did before I replaced them with wingnuts. 13/32 wingnuts for 3 speed

me that much, but the frame would prob be easier to design, the triangle could

If the steerer clamp is not 25.4mm then what is it? "1-inch threadless
stem" certainly suggested to me that it's a stem to fit a 1-inch threadless
steerer. If it's a stem to fit a 1-inch threadless steerer, then it
definitely should be 25.4mm.

I saw a guy on an old, steel, fully rigid specilized stumpjumper riding the
Hobbs Hollow flow trail in Brown County, Indiana when I was there...I was
riding my boingy bike. The guy did alright on that trail.

A 62cm Quickbeam/SimpleOne built for gears with standard dropouts and
130mm. And an extra threadless fork (I'm unusual on this forum, but I love
the look of 1" threadless with a beautiful custom steel stem).
