My in-laws gifted me with a WW vest when they were still available. I
wear the crap out of it. The neck is great when I don't feel like
taking along a scarf, and folds down out of the way when I'm not so

I have a pair of Reynolds British made shoes. Mine are an older style than
heir current offerings with a sole that is too flexible for long distance
riding in non-platform pedals. Very well crafted. The new ones appear to have
a beefed-up sole. Bear in mind that a UK size 12 is equivalent to
$1200 for shoes eek, As someone who must wear prescription
orthotics a custom bike shoe would be nice. I found that a combination
of Specialized Body Geometry shoes (with built in varus wedge) and a
superfeet insert is good enough. Just wish they made a more "normal"
version.

talking about the same part, then it's a dynamo hub that allows you to
totally disengage the dynamo mechanism when you aren't using the
light, so a lot less drag
There's an interesting editorial on rivbike right now about how bikes aren't
the same as cars.
It reminds me of something I often remember when teaching students: the idea
that doing what's right and fair for a kid is sometimes not the same thing for
any two given kids.

Thanks for all the advice about yoga, which has made me decide to try
it out. I'm not sure I want to start with Bikram's -- I didn't realize
they included heat -- but one of the nearby gyms is sure to have
classes.
I realize that Defined Fitness or Sports and Wellness classes may not
be the best,
I havent tried the Albatross bars. To me the Singles Bar is comfy. You
would have to do a side by side comparison. I ride with gloves and am
comfy for 15 miles plus no problem. I havent really ridden it much
further distance wise. The bars have more give than the Bullmoose bars
thats for sure.

09. This bike is ridden most days and is my touring bike. No issues to date.
