Thanks for all the advice about yoga, which has made me decide to try it out. I'm not sure I want to start with Bikram's -- I didn't realize they included heat -- but one of the nearby gyms is sure to have classes.
I realize that Defined Fitness or Sports and Wellness classes may not be the best, but I do need a venue that is close and convenient, otherwise I won't keep it up. We'll see.
