I'm told that, in Winamp, there is a visual indicator of when the currently
playing track is in stereo. Is there any equivalent indicator that is
accessible to the blind? I know about the track info dialogue, ins-shift-T.
But this is not quite what I'm looking for. It reports "Number of channels

You shouldn't have any problem if you burn them to a CD-R. If you use a
CD-RE, though, things are more problematic.

Does Anapod Explorer simply make it easier to integrate the Ipod with the
PC, moving files back and forth, organizing them, etc; or does it run on the
Ipod, giving speech or other access to Ipod functions?

So, if I bought the anapod Universal Edition, it should give me full access
to whichever IPod I eventually decide to buy? Are there particular IPod
models that are more accessible than others, even with the Anapod software?
Thanks.

Go ahead and install the latest scripts, though. They do make various other
functions more accessible. Just don't think they'll do anything
significantly useful for the library.

have gone back to version
5.09E, to alleviate this problem, but, that creates security issues, doesn't
it (or does it not?)?

Got it. So, what works best for accessing the IPod itself? Rockbox has been
mentioned. Do you use it. How well does it work?
