Brandon, Your jfw.ini file should read, in part, as I've reproduced below, except for the line I've marked with asterisks. Add the line I've marked with asterisks (without the asterisks, of course), EXCEPT, where I have C-Media Wave Device, substitute the EXACT name of the card you want to force JAWS to use, as it appears in the device selection drop-down, on the Audio Devices page of the Sound and Audio Devices dialogue, in Control Panel. Be sure to reproduce the case and spacing exactly.
When you have made and saved this edit, exit and restart JAWS, and you should be all set. Good luck.
