If the tv anouncers described the games even 3 quarters as good as the radio

Well it looks like the Gameday Audio page has been updated. According to
it, there are now links to both the Away and home team feed. Each link
still says Audio, but it appears the away team feed is first.
As far as the sound quality, I think many of these feeds are received over
phone line

Thanks for confirming the problem lies on MLB's end rather than mine.
The aboration began in the 7th or 8th inning of last night's
WhiteSox-Indians game when the feed of the hometeam Sox (WSCR) suddenly
disappeared.
During spring training, both feeds, when aired, were listed; and I am sure
I certainly hope that this feature of only receiving one tean's
broadcast is an aberration, and I think it is because they still
advertise that you can hear both home and away versions. Considering
that the system didn't work at all for part of the day, hopefully
they'll return it to its forme
