Well, the flagship blacks it out on any stream they may run that isn't mlb. An archive would always be not available until the game ends, if you want the game live, you use the live option. For the Bucks basketball, I think the freely available stream blacks out just before the national anthem. I suppose when they start blacking out their free stream is a bit up to them.
