I just called and got through fairly quickly. I did spend some time on hold, but got somebody who e-mailed me a link for the visually impaired. Apparently, only the road broadcast link is coming up on the main page, when I use this link, I see both broadcast links, and the one for the only game going on today, Chicago-Cleveland, I see both links and get into the home broadcast.
