llvmpipe_is_resource_referenced needs to be updated: buffer may be referenced
if they have BIND_SAMPLER/RENDERTARGET.

Now that the make target is supported, I've turned on 'make check' for mesa in
my tinderbox, but it fails [1]
The logic behind patch [3/3] is sufficently convoluted that I'm not sure I've
got it right. However, I'm pretty sure that the code is wrong as it stands, as
it's checking for a #define

Actually use $DEFINES, so we can see if GLX_INDIRECT_RENDERING is defined
If GLX_INDIRECT_RENDERING is defined, _GLAPI_SKIP_PROTO_ENTRY_POINTS will
be defined, and libglapi won't contain the 'protocol entry points', so we
should provide stubs in check_table.cpp

The field was equivalent to (etc_format != MESA_FORMAT_NONE), and
therefore duplicate information.
This patch removes field and replaces all references to it with
`etc_format != MESA_FORMAT_NONE`.
No Piglit ETC test regresses on Intel Sandybridge.

Yeah the tgsi_aos emit code doesn't really get much testing, as it isn't
actually used anywhere. It might have other unnoticed bugs.

the hardlock was caused by something else and has since been fixed.

This little patch series adds support for creating a __DRIimage from a
prime/dma_buf fd and then uses that to add support for wl_drm buffer sharing
by fd-passing. The __DRIimage patch is interesting in itself as it
should enable the EGL_EXT_dmabuf_image extension that's come up
