Here's a small series of fixes that have accumulated in the glthread-5 branch, located in my tree as "glthread-push". Patch 1 replaces the "LOL HAX" commit of glthread-5, which I'll be rebasing out as my next step there.
The glapi attribute additions aren't strictly fixes, but I think it's good to have them regardless of whether the glthread stuff ends up panning out -- this is surely not the only use of the API XML for logging arguments that we can imagine.
