A simple solution is to add $(CXXFLAGS) at the end of LDFLAGS +=
$(LLVM_LDFLAGS) in llvmpipe's Makefile. This gives:
LDFLAGS += $(LLVM_LDFLAGS) $(CXXFLAGS)
and it fixes the build.

So... there actually was no bug before. glBlendEquationSeparate isn't part of
the ABI, so it's not supposed to be exported! Applications are required to use
glXGetProcAddress to access these functions.

We were previously using the TGSI input index, which can exceed the number of
parameters passed from the vertex shader via the parameter cache. Now we use

There are a handful of r600g patches on master that are marked as
candidates for the stable branches. The first in the series (933faae)
doesn't apply cleanly to 9.0, and I assume it won't apply cleanly to 8.0
