Hey there,
i would check the ip in addition to that you've done:
- mailspike
- multirbl.valli.org
But these tools won't cover the hidden internal lists like t-online and
others.
I went through this process since many years and it is still the same
everytime a new ip is added for mails.

Hi guys,
Subject says it all, really: what's the minimum you have to do these days to
get a new IP (that's not otherwise policied, SMTP portblocked and has working
FCRDNS, obviously) past most filters out of the gate, at least past SMTP
rejections? I'm thinking of standing up a new outbound pro

If your domain only sends occasional emails to gmail, postmaster tools are
completely useless, as they do not show any information if the volume is below
a certain threshold. This is true
Interesting. One of our VPS clients had a spam issue and got blocked by Google and was able to use the postmaster tools to resolve it. It was for a single low-volume domain.I wonder why it worked for them if it doesn’t work for low volume senders. Google is impossible to contact or work with. At le

If they had a spam issue (e.g. a compromised account) then they probably had a
large enough volume caused by just this spam.

Of course, HTML capable MUAs are common nowadays, but
IMO the problem lies somewhere else.

Yes, my usage of 'everyone' was hyperbole or a generalization.
Of course there will be people that don't have HTML email, but in the last 10+
years I can't think of a single instance beyond today where me sending an HTML
email instead of plain-text caused anyone any problems.

Mmm. Curiously, it looks as though alpine now automatically reflows very long
plain text lines, like the ones generated by this MUA (Apple Mail). So there’s
that. Perhaps we need a new MIME content-type, “text/paragraphs”, to make it
official?
