VO left arrow is actually quicker. Pressing VO right arrow, at least on my
machine, forces you to navigate past a bunch of other things like recently
added files. VO left arrow brings me right to settings.

I don’t think this is possible. Truth be told, I turned off Voiceover sound
effects about 3 years ago. I honestly don’t miss them. For me, they never
gave any usable feedback, and they make Voiceover navigation slower since, the
effects and speech aren’t played simultaneously.

that's not what they meant. They are saying, if you don't have a 5S, you can
not get Alex on your iPhone. It will only work on Apple devices with a 64 bit
processor. 5S, iPad mini retina, and the iPad air. And of course, the iPhone

Just arrow up and down the table to read tweets. press return to reply,
command shift V to retweet, Command option V to retweet with comment. You can
find all the commands in the menu bars. The keystrokes accompany the menu item.
