Hi, I think you will be disappointed. There is no quick fix to learning a new operating system and screen reader. The only way to learn it is to use it. The more you use it the faster you learn. Sure, there are many tips, tricks, and work arounds but, they won't mean much without understanding how they can be usefully implemented.
