Hi,

I think he's just saying the new iCloud service is not really what a person 
thinks of when the think of the cloud.  iCloud is more away to distribute 
content across multiple devices where the content
 will more or less be stored on the device.  General cloud services store the 
content on their servers and you just access the information via the internet.  
At least, I think this is what he was getting at.
