Yes if you go to podcasts inside the iTunes source list, then you can perform a
control click so that a menu pops op where you can choose to export. Set the
file type to opal and you can share it with another iTunes user, or even a
windows user running the juice pod catcher.

does contain .sys and/or .cat files? I've had this problem as well, and it
usually means that I need to go one more level down the folder tree, like into
a folder x86, 32-bit or something similar.

The program to access ntfs with read write access from a mac, is called ntfs3g.
You will need the supplementary program called mac fuse for it to operate.
Ntfs3g runs under sl, but not under lion. There is also a commercial version
however, and that one works in lion too.
