Hold down the Voiceover keys and hit the "back slash" key. This is located

Hello all, I pretty much have most items checked in the iCloud settings list
both on my Mac and my iphone.
The question is, if I check the Safari check box on mac and iphone what will
iCloud do for me once this happens?
