programming mistake that leaves your device vunerable and needs to be patched

Even though my braille edge pairs via bluetooth with my iphone and Mac running
Mountain Lion, it won't pair with my iPad; in fact, in braille, it just says
searching and won't find the braille edge. Has anybody had this problem and if

didn't think it would work, I decided to try the same with the braille index

Okay, if I do cmd-so after scanning, then I get more choices for formats,
including txt. And yes, I am now getting results (sigh of relief for having
spent $99). It seems a bit more complicated than using vuescan and Finereader
Express but the scan results are definitely good.

good Windows protection it is not inevitable that you have viruses; you just

The problem with this approach is that you have to be excruciatingly careful.
It is correct but I was never able to accomplish it that way. But I know some
are able to do it and that's great! It is not the only way that works though.

working when I hijack safari. With Mavericks, you definitely have to use
instant on to do hijacking of safari and at this point this requires the beta;
you probably already know this since one gets a message about this at

vuescan and have them converted with Abbyy Finereader Express and they are
fine. I scan mail and whole books. But I don't know what you would do to get
better results.

You shouldn't really be able to navigate with cmd-left and right arrow. What
kind of keyboard are you using and/or are you sure you don't have command and
option switched somehow?
