No, that isn't the problem; at least I don't think so. Voiceover works fine and that wouldn't be the case if option were switched and I don't think it would cause the function keys to be switched but to work fine with the fn key. Besides, this is identified as an 811 and I believe the Windows 1 is an 810. -- Cheryl
