I use the commands from the lrzsz sackage from the command line, installed via macports.
As for the cable, as the end that goes into the braillelite is the non-standard part of the serial cable, the last time I checked Freedom Scientific still had them but that was a while ago. For the usb cable, I have used keyspan and prolific but the last time I checked I could install the prolific driver on the Mac but not the keyspan. Of course it attaches to the serial cable and you end up with a /dev/usbserial device name. > -- > Cheryl > I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf. > I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper thrown in the trash! > Then God gave me a new heart and life: > His joy for my despairing tears! > And now, every day: > "This I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: > The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; > his mercies never come to an end; > they are new every morning; > great is your faithfulness." > (Lamentations 3:21-23 ESV) > On May 27, 2014, at 5:51 PM, Georgina Joyce <g...@gena-j.me.uk> wrote: > > Hello, > > I am about to do the same.
