I know there was a thread about this a while back and I have been trying to figure it out ever since. I just found it in case nobody has yet discovered this and posted it. Make sure that you have checked the box in system Preferences > bluetooth to show bluetooth in menu bar. Then go into menu extras by doing vo-m twice (it isn't necessary to have system preferences open to do this). Instead of doing vo-space as you usually do on a menu extra, just hold down the option key. Then after the option key has been firmly held down, add the control key and space with both control and option held down. Don't try to do this too fast; I failed at this over and over again even once I knew it could be done because I tried to hurry and do vo-space instead of firmly holding down just option first. You will know you have succeeded because a significantly greater number of menu items in bluetooth will be spoken than when you don't hold the option key down (mine said 17 instead of 12). Vo-arrow down to the device whose address you are seeking; it will be a sub-menu. Arrow right into the sub-menu and arrow down and one of the things shown will be the address - finally!!!
