creating a new itunes library

Hi everyone, DOes anyone know how to create an itunes library? I have two different users and would like them to each have their own library. It seems that when I ipen Itunes and hold down the option key, this does not bring up the dialog to choose new library. Does anyone know what I'm doing

When someone has a cloud drive such as with apple or google, does it show up in terminal perhaps as a symbolic link? If so where in the directory treee does it appear, perhaps /volumes? XB
