Dont think it's normal from the time I have been with computers. The fan should turn on and off all by itself depending on temperature and environment etc, and it certainly should not be rattling. In fact, you should hardly hear it at all unless you place your ear on the device. Christopher H

Removing VIPs

Thanks, Kawal and Cheryl. I followed your suggestion, Cheryl, and the read button instead said 'VIP, read'. I VO-Spaced it and it changed to just 'read'. Hopefully this has removed the sender as a VIP. Kawal, I tried doing that but to my surprise in the mark sub-menu there was no option to mar
