To force close an application or window, press command+option+escape key. A
force quit application window will apear with all your applications in a table.
You can interact with the table to choose the one you wish to close. I find
that it is usually already highlighted but it is best to check.
This isn't happening on the I phone (I am not getting a traditional style dial
pad) and could this be because you are using a I Pad? whilst I use the I phone
4S?

Yes, exactly. When I send to this group, the message should go to everyone.
Ideally all addresses would be hidden from recipients, but that is not a
priority.

What worked for me is not to have Safari open the downloaded file.
Then when I go to the downloads folder, each zipped file has the correct name.
I just unzip them, and put the folders where I want them.

The music was streaming from my macbook air with osx 10.8.1 with iTunes 10.6.3
