I have an iPhone 4 and it does bill recognition great. I have had it for 2 years now and am looking forward to upgrading to the new iPhone 5. Waiting for announcement and info.
I will then sell my iPhone 4 16 gb but not doing it before the new one comes out because I need my phone. Its worked wonderful and was my first IPhone and apple product. If I were you I would wait for next weeks announcement to make a decision. I agree store AT&T guy was trying to move product and doesn't know what he is talking about. You will have a great selection come next week with lots of options and price options and choices. The prices will drop on the 4 and 4s.
