To force close an application or window, press command+option+escape key. A force quit application window will apear with all your applications in a table. You can interact with the table to choose the one you wish to close. I find that it is usually already highlighted but it is best to check. Interact with the table, vo+up or down arrow to land on the application you want to close, stop interacting and move to extreme right with fn+vo keys+right arrow and press force-quit button. You will be asked whether you want to quit the application. Again, move to extreme right with the key combination above and press it.
Remember, the strange thing is that after you've closed the application you want, the force-quit window will remain visible on the scree. To close it, go to finder, press vo keys+f2 twice quickly to list all the open windows in Finder. choose force-quit window, press enter to get there and then command+w to close it. Hope this helps Andrew On 5 Sep 2012, at 00:02, agent086b <agent0...@bigpond.com> wrote: > Hi, question 2. > Is there a way to force a close on a dialog window?
