You can check the battery status by pressing vo-m twice and then two left
arrows will get you to the battery status menu. Alternatively, you can use
trackpad commander and double tap twice with two fingers near the top and
locate the desired status menu on the upper right side of the t

If you are talking about Gmail, so you have to check to delete messages
on the web-interface too (pop3). And there are many problems with Gmail
by using imap, messages come back. So use pop3 and check on the
web-interface to delete your post.

Rather than going through all of the status menus just to find one small piece
of information, in this case, the battery status, I've done the following.
Please compile the following Apple script and associate it with a keyboard
commander shortcut.

Hi all, I've got the mac software for this EyePal at long last. So I plugged
it in, copied the application off the disk image, and hit command O... Up
comes a dialog box that says initializing, this could take a few minutes. It
goes away in seconds and then nothing else happens.

Oh, it works. You may need to cmd+tab to it. You may also need to close it,
then reopen. I believe that's what I had to do in order to get it to play nice.

disk image, copy Eye-Pal and press VO right arrow to Application alias within

Hi Sarah. When you're using mail on the Mac with Gmail, it can sometimes take
it a long time to move messages to trash. So if you've just deleted a bunch of
messages, it's best not to close mail right away. Give it a few minutes. You
can bring up the mail activity monitor by pressing command
Growl? Grwol was never accesssible for me. when a notification comes
up voice over just says system dialog but doesnt read it.
